ShopwTee orders are confirmed through WhatsApp. After you send your order request, our team confirms item availability, delivery location, delivery fee where applicable and the expected timeframe.
Free delivery: Free delivery applies to eligible orders over ₦80,000. Eligibility, delivery area and timing are confirmed during your order conversation.

- We keep you updated until your order is on its way.
Returns
If there is an issue with your order, contact ShopwTee as soon as possible through WhatsApp or email. We review return or exchange requests based on the product condition, the reason for the request and the order details.
Return Conditions
- Contact us promptly after receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags/packaging where applicable.
- Items damaged after delivery, altered items and items not in resellable condition may not be eligible.
- Delivery costs for approved returns or exchanges are discussed based on the reason and location.
